Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we offer returns and refunds.

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

Any clearance and sale items are considered final sale and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.


Conditions of Return:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received them, free of stains, odour, and animal hair. All items must also be in their original packaging, and with the tags still attached.

If you need to make a return or exchange an item for another size, send us an email at with your return request. The return request must include your full name, invoice as proof of purchase, the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with out return policy. Any returns that do not comply with our return policy may be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), you will receive an email informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, and a refund is requested, it will be made automatically to the original method of payment within a few days.


Defective or Damaged Products

At Umber Baby, we do our best to avoid any damages or defects in our products and to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

However, if the product you received is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our contact information. Only in these cases will we assume the shipping cost.

The return request must contain your full name, your invoice as proof of purchase, and (photo or video) proof of the product being damaged or defective.
